Single Family Homes

These larger, detatched, homes are not part of the condominium.

Because of the limited number of single family home sites available, and in order to preserve the architectural and design integrity of the community, Evans Group will be constructing all single family homes at EVANS COURT on Wascana for our clients. Lots will not be sold for construction by others.

Our lots are some of the largest new home sites in the City with frontages of 50 feet with depths of up to 129 feet which will accommodate a range of home sizes and model types. Bungalow minimum sizes are 1500 sq. ft. Two storey, and 2 storey splits minimum sizes are 2,200 sq. ft. Architectural and design controls will be the traditional craftsman style found in old Lakeview which is carried through the balance of the Development.

You may choose from our exciting new home designs or we will consider a plan of your choice. Construction is underway. Some homes are completed and occupied. A few are still available.
